Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP pumpkin puree
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 2 TSP pumpkin spice mix
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop (10g) of Vital Proteins Bovine Collagen Peptides
- Shot of espresso
- Whipped cream
How to:
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice mix into a mug and mix well
