Make changes, or cancelations at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. You will be notified by email prior to the billing period. Do I receive notifications when my subscription orders are sent out?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and after your order is shipped from our warehouse, along with tracking information. Your subscription can also be accessed through your Vital Proteins account.
