Absolutely love this! If dissolves well in food or a beverage. No residual taste. Can’t even tell I have it mixed in with overnight oats.

I have been using this collagen powder for about 2 months now, and I have noticed my nails and hairs becoming stronger. My hair is wavy naturally, and I noticed an improvement in my wave pattern as well. However, this product is not tasteless if you use it in lukewarm or cold drinks. When you used in a hot drink like coffee, the taste is barely there and gives a creamy texture. I wouldn't recommend putting this in anything other than coffee or hot chocolate or the taste may be off-putting. I personally think the product is also too pricey. I would pay $55 for the large container and $30 for the small. I might look for another similar, but less expensive alternative soon.

I try to sneak protein into my day and have found this so convenient to mix and dissolve, particularly in hot or cold beverages like coffee or tea. It’s versatile and easy to use in beverages and foods I like without having to make a protein shake.
