How To Use
Vital Proteins™ Marine Collagen is soluble in hot or cold liquids. Add one scoop (10g) of Marine Collagen to different foods (like desserts or dressings) or beverages (like smoothies or water) to enhance your wellness routine.
Vital Proteins™ Collagen Creamer is soluble in hot or cold liquids. For a hot beverage, using a frother, mix 1-2 scoops of collagen creamer in any hot liquid! For a cold beverage, fill your glass 1/4 of the way with hot liquid and mix with collagen, preferably with a frother, for 30 seconds. Top with ice and continue to add liquid such as coffee or tea.
